Heritage HUB is a place of work, services and training, but above all the home of the company's collection of vintage cars. Our exhibition space welcomes the public to take an exciting journey through the history of our heritage.
Heritage Hub is located in the premises of the former Officina 81 in Via Plava in Turin - one of the historic Fiat mechanical production plants within the Mirafiori industrial area.
The over 15.000 m2 of surface area houses the offices of the Heritage team, a fascinating exhibition that tells the story of the Mirafiori plant, and above all the company's inimitable collection of cars produced by the Fiat, Lancia and Abarth brands. The space also hosts a selection of Alfa Romeo, Autobianchi and Jeep cars.
An evocative space has also been set up - the Engine Area - dedicated to vintage engines, which exhibits and tells the most iconic and representative engines of the company's more than one-hundred-year production history. Finally, visitors can admire a selection of Fiat cars set up in over fifty years specifically for the Carabinieri.
The original environment - built in the mid-sixties to house the mechanical workshops dedicated to the production of transmission components - has been the subject of a careful conservative restoration that has respected its industrial nature, the original colors, the historic concrete flooring and the lattice of metal pillars that animates the space.
The Heritage Hub exhibition space gathers around 300 cars - some never shown before.
Among these, 64 are the protagonists of the eight "transversal" thematic areas that constitute the heart of the exhibition itinerary - each of which hosts cars of different brands and eras :
- Records and races, celebrate the cars that have triumphed on the main circuits.
- Concepts and "custom-built", includes very rare, and sometimes utopian, specimens produced in one-off or in very small series.
- Archistars, eight technical masterpieces that have introduced significant innovations in the architecture of automobiles, starting from functional and production needs.
- Eco and sustainable, puts the spotlight on the most innovative cars on the issue of environmental impact.
- Small and safe, welcomes a selection of models that have been able to combine safety and small size.
- Style marks, shows the "milestones" that have left their mark in the history of automotive design.
- Epic journeys, celebrate the cars protagonists of unforgettable journeys on the road.
- The rally era, the space reserved for models who have written glorious pages in the world of rallies.
